Last updated: October 20, 2026. This policy explains what information Planet DJ Productions ("we", "us") collects through planetdjproductions.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email info@planetdjproductions.com or call 877-737-3262.
Information you give us
- Contact form. When you ask about your date, we receive what you enter: your name, email, phone number, event date and type, venue or city, guest count and your message. We use it to reply, plan a consultation and quote your event.
- Maya, our AI assistant. If you talk or type to Maya, the conversation (including the audio, if you use your voice) is processed by our voice AI provider, ElevenLabs, so Maya can respond. Conversations are recorded and kept for up to 30 days so our team can follow up and improve the service. If you ask Maya to send your inquiry, the details you confirm are emailed to our team. Maya is an AI and can make mistakes; our team confirms every detail personally.
- Email and phone. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence to serve you.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and whether the contact form or phone number was used. These tools use cookies and collect information like your device, browser, approximate location and pages visited. You can block cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
How we use information
- To answer your inquiry, schedule a consultation and plan and deliver your event.
- To improve our website and services.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the website and respond to you, under their own privacy terms: our website host (Vercel), our email delivery provider (Resend), our voice AI provider (ElevenLabs) and Google Analytics. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond, plan your event and keep normal business records. Maya conversations are kept for up to 30 days. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@planetdjproductions.com. You can use the site without using Maya or the contact form, and you can call us instead.
