We had a 2 day South Asian Fusion wedding and we worked with Planet DJ Productions on both nights. They were amazing!! They provided the DJ, Bhangra Dancers, Dhol Player, Lighting, a custom GOBO and Lekos lighting (a design using lighting on our dance floor). I can’t tell you how great it was to get so many services from the same vendor…I only had to reach out to Ateet, our point of contact from the start, rather then keep track of different vendors for each service. We had lots of questions regarding lighting and decor. Ateet was great & so incredibly helpful. I reviewed with him some of my budget limitations/concerns and he was really helpful in recommending what we could do to get the most esthetic impact without blowing my budget. We went for totally different looks on both nights (Colorful for the Mehndi/Sangeet and more formal for the Western Wedding) & everything came out lovely (everyone kept commenting on how good everything looked). He was such a professional, always organized and prompt in his responses (which isn’t something you always find). They have a great online system for putting in your music requests, schedule, itinerary of events, etc. to make sure everything happens exactly the way you want. I didn’t have to worry about a thing & during our Mehndi event Ateet made sure everything got started in a timely manner. The Dancers & Dhol player were great. We had some specific requests regarding where we wanted them to enter from, stand and perform. Ateet made sure everything happened just as I requested. As for the DJ, DJ Riz was phenomenol!! We had put in music requests, but made it clear we really wanted to keep everyone on the dance floor. He was able to read the crowd perfectly!! He had everyone dancing until the very end of both nights!! He was so amazing…we got tons of compliments on the music, both nights, from all our friends and families (both Desi and American). I can’t say enough good things about DJ Riz and Ateet!!
